Are there other options for purchasing besides PayPal?
Other acceptable payment methods are money orders and business checks, no personal checks please. You may be asked to send the check prior to receiving your prints. Please mail to Dufour Design, P.O. Box 146, Whitman, MA 02382.  Back to Top

How long will it take for me to receive my print order?
Delivery of photographs will vary. Most take about 10 business days to ship. Framing generally adds two days to delivery time. However, we do handle rush orders and we offer express shipping in order to meet all the needs of our customers.  Back to Top

What print sizes are available?
Photos can be ordered in 5"x7," 8"x10," 11"x14," and 12"x18." The print order form  has complete prcing details.  Back to Top

What kind of framing do you offer?
Our quality frames are hand made with black wood and archival matting. They are wired and ready to hang. Frames come with UV resistant glass. Framing generally adds two days or more to delivery time.  Back to Top
If I would like to see a photograph before buying them, is there a place I can go?
The only way to see a photo before making a purchase is on screen. You may request a viewing area by calling (781)-447-1616, Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Or, email Shawn Dufour. A special link will be provided via e-mail where you can go to see a large but watermarked example. A watermark is a measure taken to discourage downloading.  Back to Top

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, as a PDF only, email to Shawn Dufour. If you need a confirmation, you must ask for it on the PO and provide phone numbner or email address.  Back to Top

If I want to return a photo, where do I send it?
If you are not satisfied with your photograph send it to: Dufour Design, P.O. Box 146, Whitman, MA 02382. When the photo has been received and it's condition has been verified you wil receive a full refund. If the photo is damaged to the point of prohibiting re-sale only a partial refund will be sent.  Back to Top

Are these REAL photographs?
Yes! The black-and-white photographs are printed on Kodak Royal Paper. I use a digital file to produce stunning prints on regular photo paper. The prints are NOT from an inkjet printer and are available in a gloss or matte finish.  Back to Top

Can I get a black and white print of a color image?
Yes! The color photographs are available in black-and-white. Please specify this request in the "Special Instructions" box on the Print Order Form page.  Back to Top

How long does it take to receive a stock photo request?
For 99% of the images delivery can be expected within 24 hours of the purchase.  Back to Top

A special link will be provided via e-mail where you can go to download your image in your specified file format.  Back to Top

What are the details around the exclusive licensing of stock images?
By selecting the option for exclusivity you restrict the relicensing of your purchased image to any other party for the duration of your license agreement with Shawn Dufour. When the order is placed you will be contacted so that pricing details can be worked out. This option costs more but protects you from a competitor using the same material. Outright purchasing/ownership is also negotiable.  Back to Top
