If I want to return a photo, where do I send it? If you are not satisfied with your photograph send it to: Dufour Design, P.O. Box 146, Whitman, MA 02382. When the photo has been received and it's condition has been verified you wil receive a full refund. If the photo is damaged to the point of prohibiting re-sale only a partial refund will be sent. Are these REAL photographs? Yes! The black-and-white photographs are printed on Kodak Royal Paper. I use a digital file to produce stunning prints on regular photo paper. The prints are NOT from an inkjet printer and are available in a gloss or matte finish. Back to Top

What are the details around the exclusive licensing of stock images? By selecting the option for exclusivity you restrict the relicensing of your purchased image to any other party for the duration of your
license agreement with Shawn Dufour. When the order is placed you will be contacted so that pricing details can be worked out. This option costs more but protects you from a competitor using the same material. Outright purchasing/ownership is also negotiable. Back to Top
